The staff was very professional the entire time. The room was a nice size with safe for safety measures.

The deluxe queen room is unique and has a minibar, satellite television, and climate control. It has amazing interior design and nice view.

As a solo traveler, I stumbled upon a hidden gem in the heart of the city. Just a stroll away from vibrant streets filled with quaint shops and eateries, the location couldn't be better. The room was decked out with modern amenities and a charming view of the surroundings. The staff were courteous and readily available to assist with any requests. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of local and international options. The hotel also offered a well-equipped fitness center and a blissful spa experience. The only downside was the crowded parking lot.

The hotel is a wonderful retreat. The owner was very hands on in it's design and operations and that was very evident from beginning to end. The staff was overly friendly and helpful and accommodated all of our needs and questions. The room was spacious and luxurious with a relaxing feel and an immaculate bed.

This hotel met needs well, we would recomand to others. All in all everything was fab, had a peaceful stay in our second visit. The breakfast was nice hot and plentiful with hot options and bacon, as example, perfect to start our day.

I stayed at De Chai Colonial Hotel & Spa - Sha Plus for a month and had a wonderful experience. The spacious rooms with ensuite design and bath were perfect for relaxation. The feather down pillows were incredibly comfortable, so much so that I bought some for myself. The hotel provided a generous amount of complimentary items including Kit Kats, coffee, tea, dressing gowns, and more. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even getting in fresh coconuts for me daily. The location was quiet and convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms are huge and well renovated with gorgeous Down Pillows as well as comfortable bathroom. The venue offers a very very good and plentiful breakfast with local dishes and options from bacon.

The hotel was clean based in a Colonial style building with professional and incredibly helpful staff. The booked room was nicely decorated and well-appointed with gorgeous down pillows on the bed. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were provided if needed. The property had a quiet and best possible location walking distance from Night Market.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai. the location was perfect, situated between the Old Town and the night market. It made it so convenient to explore both areas! Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a bathroom in between. The bed was so cozy, and I loved the addition of gorgeous Down Pillows. Plus, the breakfast offered a decent selection of food, perfect to start the day off right.

Everything was just perfect during my stay at this hotel.
